Hello blog readers. This is the official launch of my very first Word Press blog and post.
I have dabbled with Google’s infamous Blogger where I have 3 posts currently gracing their pages.
In my now clear understanding of how this blogging world operates, I have definately seen a huge amount of resources available for an individual who has something to say, write, express or otherwise share with the world.
In the world of open source, I have begun my personal voyage into the vast computing world and all it’s wonders.
I myself am not the typical computer enthusiast.A Prison Classroom was the place where I was introduced
to computing and related study.
It was there that I was introduced to the world of Linux in the form of books and nothing more.
The computers of said class were operating windows 95 and I knew there was a major gap in what was being offered for hands on training, and the literature that I proceeded to attempt understanding without a proper computer to understand it on.
Needless to say, I was disappointed in the fact that I could not properly teach myself as I had always been accustomed to.
But the underlying fact remained.
I was adamant about learning what Linux was and how it was shaping the computing world at a fast rate.
During the remainder of my sentence, I continued forward in my quest for information, and little by little, I began realizing that I was missing out on the pioneering of such ground breaking technologies such as Android Operating System, and Google’s ever present pursuit of being Open Source Gods.
Fast forward to present.
I am 32 years young and my appetite for code and OS and web development etc etc, has increased tenfold.
It’s almost impossible sometimes for me to focus on one aspect of the coding learning process because of all the different distractions I consistently find myself getting lost in.
Nevertheless, I have maintained my personal vow to tackle the subjects that I’ve been interested in since first reading about it.
Webmasters, Applications, and Operating Systems is almost synonymous with my conversation these days, and let it be known that most of the time it goes over the head of the listener.
Now, I think I have figured out a way to explain the technology I have been studying.
I am adamant about the growth of my personal compilation of files in the form of Information.
In my own words I’ve been documenting specific instructions for those less inclined to search for all the information themselves.
I’ve kept the information broad for the simple fact that, no one really knows where their interest may lie in computing unless given a wide range of topics that are currently out there.
Everything from Android smartphones, to creating a site with Google, to understanding the essential preemptive measures one must take before putting any personal information online.
My goal with this project will be simple..Give everyone who wants to learn any given subject on Computers and related technologies, a library of sorts which would enable them to get started in a very straight forward way. At this moment of time, I haven’t really put much financial resources towards building my own hosted website with myself being the sole owner operator. So with that being said, much of my material is in cloud servers provided by companies like BOX and Media Fire. When the opportunity presents itself and I feel ready to move forward with this library collection of tech information, I will do so and encourage all to read, study, and make sense of some of the useful, and sometimes necessary information.
One of my biggest pet peeves is Privacy Issues.
Government and Business standing in the sidelines raking in huge sums of money while having no clear motive to actually allow paying subscribers etc to enjoy their media etc without someone constantly monitoring them.
For me. It is an inexcusable offense. Each day that passes It seems to me that the more passive the population as a whole seems to be concerning privacy issues, it seems that the big name corporations take full advantage by stepping up their efforts to figure all of us out. Its not something I will stand by without combating. And if your privacy matters to you, I suggest you do a little research as to what your current status is on the internet as a whole. Social websites have betrayed us enormously and there isn’t a end in sight from my perspective. Some things are better left unsaid or UN typed in most cases. There are people watching no doubt. Will you be a target to this type of invasive tactics?
I encourage all to learn what you can on the basics of protection. Stay tuned for my unveiling of my other web projects I am currently working on .
